陳 宥丞 on Instagram: "#台北的神秘氣味 #屁位形象大扣分 不論是我平時跑行程，或內湖在地民眾的反映，行經內科堤頂大道這一帶，車內會飄進一股異味，甚至觀光客搭乘遊覽車經過時，導遊必須向全車旅客說明：「這不是屁味，是經過污水處理廠。」 台北市民對於這樣的味道，已經忍耐20年！在正式質詢之前，我向市府反映此一問題，當時衛工處回覆表示，經「電子鼻」查核後，並未發現特殊氣味，這樣的檢測結果，與市民實際感受猶如平行時空！ 因此，我在工務部門質詢中，再次就此議題與衛工處處長黃群討論，我準備了號稱全台北最臭的臭豆腐，在議場以電子鼻示範，提醒市府同仁的重點很簡單：氣味問題不會只存在於單一點位，可能因距離與風向變化而有所差異，若僅在固定位置、固定時間進行檢測，難免產生誤判，這一點，其實與建管處進行氯離子檢測的情況相似，不同設備、不同位置，本來就可能測得不同數值。 最後具體要求，針對堤頂大道周邊進行為期一個月的氣味監測，透過連續、客觀的數據，把問題釐清楚並提出改善方案，讓台北有乾淨的空氣，市民有不用憋氣開車的權利。 #陳宥丞議員 #內湖 #南港 #港湖宥丞 ☎️服務電話｜2793-6656
